Camping and snowboarding in the Southeast.
I'm interested in camping while I snowboard and wonder if there are any
places to do so around the ski areas in the SE. -- Mick Davies http://us.imdb.com/name/nm0203865/ "Let us wander through a great modern city with our ears more attentive than our eyes..." Luigi Russolo, 1913 |

Yeah, try the SE of another country: Austria, Switzerland, New Zealand, Canada, USA (no, that would be Florida!). Which SE are we talking about here? -- IainD at ukme dot me dot uk |

Cloudmont on Lookout Mountain in NE Alabama. Just west and way uphill from Ft Payne. You could camp at DeSoto State Park, Buck's Pocket State Park, Sequoyah Caverns, or Guntersville State Park. You might want to wait until January, though. JR |
