Bailing/falling technique?
What method is best to bail? Most of the time I fall over to the side and
skid or wump to a stop, but last year I bailed on a very hard/icy downhill slope, and skidded on my hipbone over a washboard surface for quite a while. The bruises lasted weeks. Is there a better way to bail under such circumstances or in general? gr |
