Default Pole Strap for Biathlon

Got a pair of Swix poles with the pro strap on them, but can't use that
for biathlon - got to get in and out of the poles quickly when I go to
shoot. So I ordered a pair of BIA straps - kind of like the touring
strap. These are too narrow and cut into my hand too much. I need
that basic/touring like strap, but wider. Anyone know what I should be
looking for? Anyone know what the World Cup guys are using?

Thanks!

Kurt
