Default Just a dusting

Mammoth's Summit Cam shows just a dusting of snow on top, and nothing below that on the other cams.

They added a cam at the top of Chair 6, which would be the top of the terrain park in midwinter. Now it just shows dusty bike trails.

Weather radar shows a significant storm coming in from the usual winter storm track heading southwest out of eh Gulf of Alaska. How much gets that far inland and uphill? What form will it take?

My daughter works in Sacramento. She posted a FB picture of what she and her friends looked like after getting caught in rain walking back from lunch.

Is that sort of like klaus' (I think) picture of one of those cheesy
white plastic chairs blown over and captioned WE WILL REBUILD?

There is definitely snow up there now -- Summit, McCoy, and the new Unbound cam all show snow accumulating, but not the next step down at Main Lodge.

The summit view looks like they have started grooming the top ridge already.

Gotta paste it down before it blows away.
