There are full length steel edges, in good shape with some surface rust. Topsheets are white and have some pole dot marks and scrapes from the skis crossing each other. The edges of the topsheets have what looks like aluminum corners to prevent the bottom edges from digging into the tops too much.Everything in the package seems to be Swiss and quite good quality. -Stuff that comes with the skis; -2 poles, aluminum, 49" (125cm), brand; Armee ? Powder basket on end is leather/aluminum and 145mm diam. -2 climbing skins, (see photo)brand is maybe KMV, black velvet/mohair on one side, fiberglass canvas on the other. Look brand new. 65mm wide.Approx 1700 mm long, clip on one end to go over ski tip, 3 metal U brackets for the mid ski, strap on end to wrap up on back of ski - Bindings are pretty fancy. Brand is Fritschi, model may be FT88. The release and main holder are on the ski. Your boot attaches to a removable subplate in which you shove your toe and a cable flip lever on the heel holds your boot to the subplate. These binding will attach to standard hiking boots (example: army boots) as long as they have enough of a groove or lug on the heel to hold the heel clamp in place. The bindings will pivot and release in the event of a fall. The bindings have a mechanical switch in the front which lets you change them to work as free heel bindings so you can walk up hills using the skins.(see photo) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -- |
