Default Use biceps in XC???

So... in my reluctant summer exercise program, can I just ignore biceps
since they don't seem to be used for poling?
(so my arms will look funny with big push-up triceps and toothpick biceps!!)

If you are doing compound exercises like pull-down or pull-ups or
rows, your biceps will be worked and get stronger.
