Default Jay T's Big Saturday Workout 7-12-03

Another late start since I had to watch Richard Virenque destroy the
field in the fist mountain stage of the Tour De France. Lance is still
where he needs to be though and Simoni appears to be a paper champion
only. Anyway, I got out for a 2 Hour ride through the northern suburbs
of Saint Paul. I worked out some of the problems on my Giant road bike
and have it running pretty good. I did skip a road race about 2 1/2
hours east in Wisconsin.
