Default More exoskeletons for skiing

These things look positively ludicrous but the future is getting
closer day by day!:

They've been around for decades. I've seen them in slope action a few
times. Amazingly and against common sense, you can actually ski with
them, although I couldn't tell either by observation or by conversation
if they were any real help.

My plan, should it come to this dismal situation were such a device
would suggest itself, is to instigate an actual off season exercise
program. Until that time I'll stick with 12oz curls.

They've been around for decades.


Yep. If you've spend any time in the Vail Beaver Creek area there's a
cable channel that seems to run an infomercial for Cads 24x7. It's
mostly a bunch of testimonials from rich geezers.

My take is that if skiers as old as lal and VtSkier can ski without
them, it'll be a looooong time before I need them.
