Indeed. I had my first US thanksgiving yesterday (thanks to the INS and the
US Consulate who decided to speed my visa to lightspeed, someone must have
put in a good word for me, I beat everyone!).

We had a nice turkey, and very fancy gravy, and sweet potatoes, mashed
spuds, cranberry sauce AND relish, and a green bean casserole. and lots of
intersting dessert. Very pleasant. Meanwhile, around town, Thanksgiving
evidently heralded Winter as suddenly everyone's putting out their bud-light
displays.
Meanwhile, it's raining. grumble.

Thanksgiving's a great holiday, isn't it? Congratulations on landing a
great situation!
