Get a wide board just the same.
Your boot size doesn't need wide, but your weight needs to float over
whatever powder there is (the best snowboarding is done in powder), you
need stiffer than most peeps.
Prolly RideFleetwood, wide and cheap.
Use XL bindings if you have a high arch + wide feet.
