quantity. As opposed to a straight line quantity
as in work/power which is what I've been saying.

You're mixing concepts. Yes, torque is *related* to power, which is
*related* to energy, which is *related* to momentum (both linear and
angular) but these are all distinct concepts.

Once you've sorted it out we can talk.
