Hmmm.

Leaving High school, starting army service: 55 Kg
Leaving army after one year draft: 58 Kg (added 3+ Kg mucle mass probably?)

That was in 1977.

Today, 28 years and two (currently) teenaged kids later, I'm still 58.5
+/- 0.5 Kg.

My best racing year at elite level was probably around 1983, while my
best season was 4 years ago, when I was 44 years old and won all the
major races in the 40-44 age bracket.

These days I'm taking cholesterol medication due to hereditary heart
problems, and the only serious side effect (which the doctor warned me
of) was that it would make it harder to get rid of lactic acid buildup,
i.e. uphills would/could be significantly tougher.

Well, they sure are. :-(

Anyway, my father is the same size as me, and he's still, at age 73,
about 60 Kg, so I don't believe I'll ever add on too much weight.
