It'de be pretty hard to catch much smoke on an open chair. Went up on
one in Montalbert the other day with a guy who lit up, not a whiff from
his joint the whole way. Poison maybe, but you'll breath in considerably
more carcinogenic fumes crossing the road. Who gave drivers the right to
poison us?

I'd agree that smoking in an enclosed space, joints or otherwise,
particularly without asking first, is inconsiderate. My pet hate is
cigar-smokers in restaurants. Puts me right off my food.
