The inside of these lenses are *really* soft. Follow these steps and be very
careful and gentle. The outside lense is more durable but you still need to
careful, especially with coated lenses.

if it fogs up, just buy the anti-fog wipes available at most resorts


I'd suggest putting them up on your helmet (not a sweaty head or cap - that
makes it worse) until they clear up, and lose a layer of clothing. The
A-frames flow air pretty well. But nothing will help fogging goggles if
you're generating too much body heat.
