Could be. But he really seems to have suffered some significant drain
bamage. I don't know if I/we recognize it because it's so similar to

significant brain damage. Dickless Scottum, Wack Job Waldron, Wack
Job Baker, and of course, Brain Fried Bob Thompson who rants the same
way Sheen does, and certainly is an alcohol and cocaine based life
form.
