Anyone out there have plans for a "build your own" tidd tech type groomer?

I've got access to a professional welder, materials, you name it.
(Including 200 acres of hilly terrain with 180" annual inches of snow.)

Just need some plans.... CLASSIC ONLY tracks.

did an rsn search and google, no luck.

Anyone help?
