Wow, you need to work on your Googling skills. I turned up lots of
hits with:

Looks like it was an "Extreme Carver" with dimensions of 111-65-96.
That's a pretty deep sidecut of 19.25mm. Several of the sites I turned
up used the label of "Trench Carver" for them.
