Default Pyrenees - great snow and 4 days skiing left (so there's just time)...

This season has certainly had its ups and downs but we've had little to
complain about at the tail-end. The Southern Alps have done particularly
well, and I'd have been off before now to Serre Che or Montgenèvre if I were
located closer (sigh).

However, it looks like conditions are still really good down in Piau-Engaly,
at 1800-2600m the highest of the ski areas in the French Pyrenées:

Bonus-time, then :0)

There's a lot of great ski-time lost due to the need to close a season
(staffing, etc.) while conditions often remain perfectly good. In Canada,
where snowfalls are truly Collossal, they say that 'people just stop coming,
and start to do other things...'

St Lary closed down immediately after Easter, with masses of new snow
everywhere. They must be as sick as parrots.
