Default Going rate for a tune

Well I get a full tune at a local shop for about $20. I think that includes
a wax, base clean or something, and edges sharpened. Uhh, I don't really
remember what else they do. I usually get a tune up once a year or so. I'm
not that great in the tuning feild though, so don't take my example as good,
heh.. Might want to wait for someone else to reply.
