Starting from the bottom (route 17 and 7 lakes drive), the bottom 2/3 are rise,
the last 1/3 (North of Tiorati circle) is descent. It's too steep for me to
think about roller skiing it. (If it's not snow, I don't want more than 10mph
max) On race road-bike, coasting speed down the descents can easily reach the
upper 20's. (nearby Lake Welsh Pkwy is steep, that is about 40-45 mph coast).
