What sort of lift passes are in use in Courchevel? Will we need photos?

Also, what are the options for kids. We've a 7 & 5 year old and I'm
wondering whether we'll need to bother with passes, at least for the
first couple of days. Are there any free lifts in the resort? (1650 or 1850)
