They will all have good conditions at that time. A-Basin will most
likely have the best since it's highest but with preteens, I think I'd
opt for a bigger resort. Vail and BC are lower and may get slush that
time of year but the problem is easily solved by skiing on the top part
of the mountain.

The best bet is to get a place in Frisco and just look at the morning
snow report. That's how you find the best conditions.
