Nice condo rental.
How do you protect your investment from renters who damage/steal
property, lose utensils, louse-up the TV and DVD equipment ?
Do they post a bond or advance deposit to be returned if facilities are
undamaged ? We have a similar problem with our Pacific Coast Baja
Mexican condo and ranch property.
