CHAPTER II: Other crimes against humanity

Article 212-1

The deportation, the reduction in slavery or the massive and
systematic practice of executions summary, of removals of people
followed by their disappearance, torture or inhuman acts, inspired by
reasons political, philosophical, racial or religious and organized
pursuant to a plan concerted against a group of civil population are
punished criminal reclusion with perpetuity.
The first two subparagraphs of article 132-23 relating to the
period of safety are applicable to the crimes laid down by this
article.

In Chamonix :
1. Inhuman acts. The murder with small fire with the Chamoniard
