so what is a guy like Svartedal doing for training? Lots of 10km 15km 20km
races to build endurance and stamina ?? Are you thinking Newell looked
tired because he's not done enough endurance work?? Odd Bjorn Helmesett has
sure done enough distance work ! He's a horse !! AND can sprint ! dang.

Andy was very strong in the qualification, then seemed to get more & more
tired through the heats, getting into the final as the best time of those
