Checkout the ski club website (in my sig) for historical snow reports.
Of the three you suggest Avoriaz is the lower and least likely to get
late snow, Chamonix has the highest slopes but Flaine, nestling in its
own natural bowl(s) tends to get, and keep, more snow late in the
season.
