I have a pair of Solomon boots and after getting them out of storage I
noticed that one of the bindings on the upper part of the boot seems
stiff. It doesn't automatically lay down flat against the boot like

Visual inspection doesn't show any difference from the other bindings.

They say not to use oil. Use a silicon or graphite substance to
lubricate it. It probably just needs adjustment. Or perhaps you can
take your sword and shave off a little bit.
