La Tania seems to be a good starting point, most of the people that have
replied seem to be fans.

The friend with the chalet has got back to me and the free periods a

31 Jan for 14 days

and

28 Feb for 14 days

Any advice as to likely snow conditions and numbers of French School
children likely to be encountered in those periods ?

Oh and transfers - and public transport options from Lyons, Geneva or
Chamberry to La Tania ?
