Utah in mid April?
 

A friend suddenly decided he is desparate to go skiing, and I can't get away until mid-April. I see several Utah resorts will be open until late April. It will be a long trip; are they likely to be worthwhile?

I only get here about once or twice a year, but the lunatic seems to be gone! Could that be true?

Doesn't look so good this year - everything in Utah is showing around 50-60% of normal snowfall to date. Snowbird and Alta might be OK if you went now, but a month from now... I dunno.
