Do Pilot boots fit into Profil bindings?

If not, what's a good Profil boot?

I'm looking to replace my old yellow+purple Salomon boots
which have worked flawlessly for me, but are finally
falling apart after about 15 seasons.

yes, pilot boots fit into profil bindings. but not the other way
around.

In the beginning, you will feel discomfort when skiing in Pilot boots
with Profil bindings (the skis will feel tippy). But you can get used
to it.
