Bakoda lock - changing combination
 

I have a Bakoda ski/snowboard mini-retractor cable lock with a 3-digit
combination. Can someone describe how to change the combination? I
tried pushing the end-pin into the lock receptacle and then changing
the combination, however, the digit dial does not rotate.
