does anyone know where i can buy a unique stomp pad where i can put a
picture underneath it?

Clear plastic stomp pads are common -- look around in some ski/board
shops or search online. Get a generic one that has no brand name or
logo on it. However, since you have to heat the board and pad and then
apply glue to the surface, your photo might not survive intact.

stomp pads.
 
Stomps are self adhesive. Check out those from DaKine. I have them
here in the shop. $8-$13 US.
