XC skiing in Colorado
 

Hi,

Are there any good places for cross-country skiing with kids [12 yrs old,
intermediate level]
in Colorado [not too far from Denver & Boulder]
with snow right before Christmas ?

Nordic centers at Breckenridge, Eldora, Frisco, Snow Mountain Ranch,
Devil's Thumb Ranch - all within 90 minutes of Denver, all with snow by
Christmas, All have websites.

Summit, Grand and Routt (Steamboat area) counties all have great nordic
skiing. Grand and Summit are higher elevation so the odds are better
there.
