fracture update
 

Went to doctor yesterday and had a x-ray taken of my knee. The crack has
healed. I am allow to bicycle, four more weeks before I can use ski machine.
He told me I had healed the best out of the seven operations he had done
that week. Then I told him how much I had actually used the knee with
out crutches. I had started with a few minutes a day and now I am up to
a few hours with out using them. His comment was keep doing what your
doing you are in the top 1% in rate of healing of all the operations I
have done on knees
He thinks that I just need to visit phyisical therapy that it will be
pointless for me to do full session. I had spent a lot of time on a CPM
machine and exercising the leg with little or no force on it.
It is so nice to get motion and mobility back.
I am waiting for more information on a racing camp in December at Sugarbush
