Snow around my cabin is 9 feet. My back door leads into the national forest.
My front door is walking distance to 5 restaurants. Near Camp Richardson.

Yep, I don't ski anymore, so I'm renting out my cabin.

This beautiful cabin is in a prime South Lake Tahoe location. The back gate
opens to National Forest and is only steps from the recently completed Tahoe
bike trail.

$150 night - Two nights minimum stay.
$800/week

- 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. Approx 1600 sq. ft.
- Comfortably sleeps up to 8 people.
- Recently repainted interior with new carpet and comfy beds.
- A fenced backyard with a charcoal BBQ and a deck.
- The back gate opens to National Forest and is steps from the Tahoe bike
trail. It is a short walk/bike ride/cross country ski/snow shoe trip to Camp
Richardson, Pope Beach, and the lake.

Downstairs Bedroom - 1 Queen size bed
Upstairs Bedroom 1 - 2 Queen size beds
Upstairs Bedroom 2 - 2 Queen size beds

Other amenities - fully equipped kitchen, high chair, cable TV, VCR, futon,
washer/dryer, dishwasher, and lots more.

Sorry, no pets or smoking are allowed.

The cabin is located a short distance to the lake, biking\hiking trails,
restaurants, supermarkets, Y outlet shopping area, the casinos and heavenly
and sierra ski resorts.

To Make reservation, we need the following:

1) A separate check for $100 returnable deposit to reserve the date.
2) A check for the rent: due 14 days prior to arrival except late
reservation. (rent + 10% city tax + $85 optional cleaning fee. The cleaning
fee can be waived if you opt to clean the cabin yourself upon departure).
3) A signed rental agreement must be provided prior to arrival. You must be
25 years old to sign the rental agreement.
