Nordica Smartech boots
 

Does anybody know how these are supposed to work? There are two levers on
the back of the boot, along with a plastic pull-strap. It appears that the
small orange lever might be a lock of some sort, while the pull strap simply
tightens the boot. I can't figure out what the second silver lever is for.
Anybody have any experience with these boots?
